Our Process

Step 1


From the very first contact you have with Aplace by Glenvill, our intention is to exceed your expectations.  After working with you to select the right House & Land Package, our friendly and experienced Sales Team will prepare a fixed price contract within 48 hours of request.  The moment we receive the signed contract and confirmation of finance approval, our preconstruction team will take over.

Step 2


The Pre-construction process involves all the detailed work required to obtain authority approvals, an engineering design and building permit.  Our longstanding and close working relationships with all the major Land Developers allows us to obtain access to your site well in advance of the land being titled, enabling us to achieve extremely efficient timeframes towards commencement of the building works.  Once you have settled on your land, a 4-5 week process begins, preparing all the necessary paperwork in readiness to transfer your project to our Construction Team.

Step 3


At the end of the Preconstruction process we will prepare final working drawings (FWD’s) confirming every detail of the build of your new home.  At this point our Construction Team will contact you to explain each step of the building process.  We take great pride in the ability of our Construction Team to deliver a high quality build, as well as a high level of communication throughout the building process.  Our single storey homes are completed within an average of 18-22 weeks and double storey homes within 26-30 weeks.  When we hand over your new home we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of product that the Glenvill brand is renowned for.

Step 4


Upon completion of your home our maintenance team will be available to assist with any minor issues that may arise. Contrary to the 90 day maintenance period prescribed under the Building Act, Aplace by Glenvill provides an extended 6 month maintenance period to ensure sufficient time is provided to identify any issues after occupation of the home. We offer this additional time to give you peace of mind and because we are confident in the new home we have built for you.
